Superfine Sugar tip i found while surfin' around...thought i'd share :)
Superfine sugar is finely pulverized sugar (not as fine as confectioner's sugar, which has been mechanically crushed.) You can run granulated sugar through your blender or food processor until it's powdery. There's no set time, you just have to watch it. Since the blender/food processor blades rotate and cut, the sugar won't (can't) be crushed into confectioner's sugar. When you turn off your blender or food processor, let the sugar dust settle before you remove the lid, or you'll have a mess to clean up with sugar powder all over your appliance and counter top, plus in your face and up your nose.
